Teri Lynn Harrison, MSN, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner, Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer
Teri Lynn is an advanced practice provider with ten years of clinical work as a nurse practitioner in the Saginaw area. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU) in 2010 and worked as a registered nurse while finishing her education. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from SVSU in 2014, focused in family practice. She is board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has extensive background in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry/Behavioral Health, OB/GYN and Women’s Health.
Motivated by the limitations of traditional healthcare, where appointments can often feel rushed and impersonal, Terilynn collaborated with her longtime friend and business partner, Leron Davis, to establish MPower Primary Care. At MPower, she can offer a more personalized and attentive approach to care, where patients feel like family.
Committed to delivering exceptional care, Terilynn has selected a team of skilled professionals. This trusted team shares Terilynn’s dedication to tailoring customized treatment plans designed to meet the unique wants and needs of every individual.
Terilynn’s practice is guided by the most current evidence-based practice, and she regularly reviews and critically appraises the latest research findings and clinical guidelines relevant to the care she provides. She incorporates that evidence into her decision-making while considering each patient’s specific circumstances and preferences. It is her mission to foster a supportive environment through active listening and true human connection, where patients feel heard and valued.
On a personal level, Terilynn has 4 daughters and 1 son and enjoys fitness, biking, running, DIY home projects, reading, and traveling. She enjoys spending time with the people most important to her and has a deep appreciation for her long-term friendships that have encouraged, supported, and shaped her journey.

Jamie McMullen, MSN, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Jamie has dedicated the past 20 years to healthcare, beginning her career as a tech before earning her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Baker College of Owosso in 2008. After several years of providing direct patient care, she advanced her education, completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020 through Aspen University. Her passion for relationship-focused care led her from acute care into primary care, where she discovered the importance of providers who truly listen. This calling inspired her to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at the University of Phoenix, which she completed in Spring 2025. Jamie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
During her clinical training, Jamie had the opportunity to learn from Terilynn and immediately recognized their shared philosophy—delivering personalized, compassionate care where patients are treated like family, not numbers. That connection confirmed her desire to join the MPower team, where patient-centered care is at the heart of everything.
Outside of work, Jamie cherishes time with her husband, children, and granddaughter. She also enjoys traveling and experiencing new adventures.
